About Our Founder/Owner

We are proud to highlight our very first project was with the Sharing the Love Foundation in Terrell, TX. This collaboration marked a significant milestone for our company, allowing us to give back to the community by building a beautiful pergola out of treated lumber in a local community garden primarily used by youth.

At the time, our founder and owner, Matthew Stannard, took on this project single-handedly, pouring his passion and dedication into every detail. The pergola enhances the garden, providing a welcoming space for young community members to gather, learn, and enjoy the outdoors.

This project initiated our journey and solidified our commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

How We First Broke Ground.

Matthew Stannard was born and raised in Pennsylvania and left home at 16, less than a year after moving to Texas. He is a husband, and a father to 3 children. He spent part of his adult life running a trucking company before discovering his passion in construction. He started on his own backyard from ripping it out and redesigning the whole landscape, to constantly adding more and more features as he created new concepts. This then led to him creating Texas Premier Oasis. He's now spent years in the industry perfecting his craft and never letting up on quality on quantity. From our CFO, "Matt will spend extra days on the job over little details, striving for what he thinks is right and elongate our project schedule as a result."
